Kate was extremely helpful during my titration experience, and offered great feedback to my weekly reports which I believe was crucial in helping both of us decide the best treatment for myself. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone who requires help during their own titration period!

Thank you for being such a wonderful influence and for helping to make a positive difference to my life!

After pretty much a lifetime of not receiving the support I desperately needed, I was finally properly looked after by the PUK team. Kate was the nurse who oversaw the titration phase of my ADD medication which went on for some 6 months. She has been polite, professional and approachable every step of the way. In times of uncertainty she has been quick to respond (even at the weekend!) and clarified any doubts I might have had. She is also a genuinely lovely human being - refusing to accept flowers I wanted to send her as a small thank you and instead suggesting a donation to a worthy cause. I am someone who truly values medics who sincerely put patients best interests first (ahead of any financial gain obviously) and I can confirm that the PUK team has given me no reason to doubt that. I can't begin to thank Kate and the wider PUK team for accurately diagnosing me and allowing me start taking medication that has changed my life for the better and opened up real possibilities. My most heart-felt thanks!
